Linux Application Server

Can a scheme covering prefabricated in ASP (not ASP.net) and sql computer 2000, separate on a UNIX / Athapascan server? If yes how?

Actually the softwares in our compnay (like Accounting System) are cursive in C# for windows plateform, today there is a organisation by direction to move from windows enviroment to linux, thence we requirement to separate these cipher on linux, today how crapper we move every our windows supported softwares to linux, maker cipher for these cipher is available. And also SQL Server 2000 is streaming at backend also declare the deciding for database interactivity.
