Consider this.. Can a P3 saturate the network interface?
Why yes it can!
So you don’t need it to be faster because the faster processor will be idling waiting for the network all the time.
The only extra might be ram, 64M is far too small for any serious use. For outside access you will need to subscribe to a fixed IP address with your ISP or dynamic dns. You can not set it up as a web dns server without authority. You will also need a domain name if you wish to use a url rather than it’s IP address. You will need to set up port forwarding on your router for each service you wish to offer outside. Be very careful with firewall.
